They were good. They contacted me immediately to organise my booking when I had emailed. They provided opportunity for other bookings and information about their office location. When we needed to fix an error they had made, it was done efficiently.

The available activities were plentiful however I felt when we went to go to these activities,e.g. Kuranda Train and Skyrail, not enough information had been given.We had never been to Cairns prior to this. I asked Cairns holiday Specialists for a map, but was told to ask Marlin Cove Resort for one when we got there. The vouchers were used were also very vague. Upon reaching Skyrail our tickets had not even been issued when I had booked them almost two months prior.

I should say that the plug in the right hand sink was jammed. Also the ice block tray in the freezer was unusable.
It would be helpful to have towel rails in the bathroom

Good though there was some confusion about the kuranda day trip. I thought I was going up by train and coming back by cable car, turns out it wasn't that way so it caused a little stuffing around on the day.

Cairns Holiday Specialists were kind & helpful. They welcomed me to Cairns and ensured that I had what I needed for a resting holiday. The Tours booked were lovely too, especially since I had an injured leg and could not walk fast, the group really cared for my well being.

All the staff couldn't have been more helpful and organised the changes we had to make with our flight being cancelled.

CHS were excellent in ensuring we got the keys to the Apartment despite our flight being delayed - they were very helpful in following through with our arrival. We appreciated a follow up phone call offering tour services etc and only didn't avail ourselves of their help as we have been to the area many times before.

I booked this trip on behalf of my elderly parents. I was most impressed with the service I received. Staff were friendly, helpful & knowledgeable about the local area. They were able to find excellent accommodation with the special needs I required & were very prompt, organised & efficient with communication.I would definitely use this service again. thank you.
