Extremely! Cassie was the first person I dealt with following an online enquiry she was very helpful and then Belinda helped us with further information and did our booking .She was extremely efficient and helpful via email and on the phone with all the enquiries we had. We were really happy with the tours we took to the reef and the crocodile park.

I greatly appreciate the help I was given- everything was done efficiently and all the booking handled promptly- this saved me a lot of time on the internet and proved to be far better than if I had done it myself! I loved that everything was coordinated so well with all the bookings together!

Very helpful & accommodating

So thankful that we book through Cairns Holiday Specialists. When there was a problem with one of the places we book, they sorted it out and let us get on with our holiday. I will use CHS for all my future FNQ bookings!

Cairns Holiday Specialists were wonderful to deal with. Easy to book with and always quick to respond to my emails leading up to our stay. Cairns holiday specialists did everything I basically did nothing bar pick what I wanted. At the end of my holiday I already was looking at coming back again. You even called to see if I had settled in.

Wouldn't do it any other way. The best service I have ever received, from the very first contact to the welcome home email was just fantastic. The customer service lady who organised everything for me (sorry I have forgotten her name) deserves a pay rise sooooo helpful, polite and friendly just loved her.

fantastic not problems at all

The Cairns Holiday Specialists were very helpful and lovely. Nothing was too much bother for them and they even rang during our stay to make sure everything was alright.
