Yes but the paperwork emailed to us did not have the actual address of the apartment. Also it was not clear that the actual reception to check in is not at the apartment.

Yes that was great.. booked accommodation and also a tour later when we were up there..

The team at CHS were so helpful - thank you so much for your recommendations and assistance. You enabled us to have a fantastic holiday without any hassles as all the day trips and transfers (to/from airport) were on time and there were no issues with the service providers.

Booking our accommodation and horse riding through Cairns Holiday Specialists made our holiday stress free right from the start . Belinda was very professional and catered for our every need and took all the hard work out of researching and finding the best deals and accommodation. We would definitely book our holiday through Cairns Holiday Specialists again!!!

Booking our tours were made easy and when I made a mistake in booking the wrong day - the staff went the extra mile to help me sort it out. Plus getting it a bit cheaper goes a long way! 10/10

Excellent service initially, however I admit, that communication regarding some of the included tours as part of the accommodation package, was a bit limited. Had I not enquired specifically the night before, I would have paid for a taxi transfer to one of the tour departures, whereas I found out it was pickup free of charge from the hotel. Should have been clearly advised at time of booking and on the confirmation notices.

If transfers are included it will show your pick up time from your accommodation. If transfers are not included it the voucher will show your checkin time at the relevant tour. very helpful and some suggestions more seating along the beach front, although thinking about it.. it was new year so i guess not normally such an influx of tourists. the fireworks were lovely and the streets were pristinely clean,tidy and lovely!

After using Cairns Holiday Specialists, I will definitely go through them first when possible for our next holiday.
