Carols by Candlelight Cairns – Sunday 8th December 2013

Cairns Regional Council presents Carols by Candlelight, an annual much loved family event. Carols start at 6.30pm but come early at 5pm for some pre-carol fun  with entertainment and activities for the kids. Song books will be distributed in the Weekend Post on Saturday the 7^th and this year’s line-up includes performances from the Cairns Choral Society, Cairns Young Voices, Chris Lloyds, Redlynch State College Choir, Soul Song Choir, ARC Disability and the winner of the Caroloke competition.

Funds raised will go towards the Mayor’s Christmas Cheer Appeal, so get in early with your picnic blanket to secure your piece of grass on this ever popular evening!

Where: Fogarty Park, Esplanade, Cairns
