Staff were very helpful. The apartment we originally enquired about was booked out, so staff suggested other apartments that may suit us and we did end up booking one of those options.

I was seriously impressed with the service from Cairns Holiday Specialists. I loved making all my bookings (accommodation, tours, transfers etc) from one place and having it all on one invoice. I was constantly waiting for something to go wrong but the shuttles were always there and on time and everything went extremely smoothly. The voucher system is terrific. Was way above expectations. Wish I could book all my holidays this way.

Cassie was very helpful when making our booking for accommodation and again when arranging our transfers which all went well. As we were in Palm Cove for a wedding we didn't have time to avail ourselves of the many tours offered. Thank you Cassie.

All the staff we dealt with were friendly,knowledgable and helpful.
Any queries were answered straight away and the onbooking they did for attractions were all smooth.
