Your employees were fantastic. We had been unable to book early because of health issues and found everyone in your organisation trying to be helpful. We were very impressed with Jenny who met us when we arrived at Palm Cove. The apartment was serviced once in the middle of our eleven day stay. It was cleaned well. The lounge was not very comfortable.
