Very helpful. Great offer re accommodation at a difficult time of the year (ie a very popular time, school holidays and high season). The range of discount offers were good but we did have time to take advantage due to arrangements set up by the family and their contacts

The staff were wonderful, allowing an early check in and reminder phone calls etc. we went to Palm cove specifically for the Ironman so we weren't disturbed but I would suggest that they mention to other people who book their stay during this time that the Ironman is on so road access may be a problem and you will be woken early by announcements the day

Absolutely top service!

Very easy transaction, easy payment options and prompt confirmation of booking, payments etc.

Up until arrival in Palm Cove, the service was very good. The staff were very helpful over the phone and were always contactable by email.

Excellent service covering accommodation, car rental and bookings for tourist trips if required. Really appreciated the phone call the week prior to our trip advising about the Ironman Championship being held the day we were to leave Palm Cove and how it would impact on travelling time for us to get back to Cairns for our flight home.

They were very good.our trip to Karunda was hassil free. Pick up and drop off at doorstop was great.

Your travel services made our stay easy, from the transfers to and from the airport to Jenny meeting us at the apartment, it was nice to be organised with three little children in tow.
