The Cairns holiday specialists were greta and provided all information i needed. they even gave me a call to ask how my holiday was going which was great. i would definitely book with cairns accommodation again.

Quite helpful with tours & info on the place we stayed at.

Very helpful we had one glitch on the day we went to Kuranda we had to ask the girl on reception to ring as we had not been picked up, when the driver came he said we were not on his list, everything was fine after that. From the pick up driver at the airport to excursion pick up all very friendly and helpful.

Very friendly and efficient. kept me well informed about tours, car hire etc. Took all the anxiety out of booking a holiday.

Everyone I spoke to at the cairns holiday specialists from my initial booking with Zoe to the lady I booked all our tours with who's name I can't remember which is a shame as she was fantastic- she organised with me over the phone on the 9 th april everything we wanted to do.. friendly, attentive, and pro-active. There were two typos confusing times and sums during our correspondence but we were able to figure everything out.

The Big Cat folks were great, and very helpful and encouraging with my parents who had mobility issues, including my mother using a wheel chair. The Semi-Sub and glass-bottom boat were better than I expected, and Green Island was incredible. I would have liked more time on the island, and would defiinitely skip the on-board lunch.

The Kuranda train, Skyrail, and Rainforestation were amazing, far exceeding expectations. Would have like more time in Kuranda before other scheduled activities. A wonderful, and very full day.

Okay except this was the second accom as first choice was double booked even though we booked 8 months in advance.

They were very helpful, called me to explain that the original place I wanted was booked out then suggested another place which ended up being exactly what I wanted.

Very helpful but when faced with the choice between the Trilogy and the Esplanade we were advised that the Trilogy had been renovated more recently. The reality was that the carpets were threadbare, the furniture was dirty, there was a terrible smell in the rooms and the kitchen facilities were minimal.
