I have to say the service was perfect and the team did excellent job. I personally loved the website, how the information were presented about the rooms, descriptions and images matched the place too. You guys are doing a great job and fantastic example of how other websites/services need to be doing with accommodation, etc.

They were very helpful in booking travel but when I discussed issues with the apartment no one ever got back to me.

They were the most helpful accommodation service I have EVER dealt with.
I sent a general query with regard to what accommodation was available in the area and I was sent a full list of every option & price.
They sorted it for me and I only had to provide my credit card details :-)

Very helpful, friendly and offered to assist with any needs. We spent a fair bit of time with Emilie at the Hilton who was very professional, friendly, and nothing we asked was too much trouble. Emilie was always smiling and more than willing to help, and if we ever go back to Cairns we would definitely return to book more activities with her. Thanks very much.
