I did the planning - they just did the booking. It was nice to receive a phone call a few days before to check on bedding configuration.

Very helpful and had no issues with bookings and they did save us money on tours booking through them so it wasn't just marketing which I was dubious about.

The Cairns Holiday Specialists staff were very friendly and informative. I enjoyed doing my bookings, just did not enjoy the stay.

I dealt with Zoe and Belinda and they were wonderful especially Zoe.

Very helpful in booking our holiday and keeping us up to date with tour options and special deals. While we were in Cairns, the staff was only a phone call away to provide assistance on tours and transfers.

Initially dealt with Cassie. Such great, informative and helpful service without any pressure. Went above and beyond.

Subsequently dealt with others who also went out of their way to provide prompt and helpful service.

We booked online from the UK, it was easy and straight forward.
