Cairns Holiday Specialists were extremely helpful in planning our stay as we only had a short time frame and budget to consider. Being from Western Australia, it was comforting to hear the feedback about the various resorts available in Palm Cove, rather than trying to determine suitability from our own searches.

The guys in the office were great - they sorted us out when our tour went awry, they recovered lost property for us and where really helpful and flexible.

Extremely helpful. The girls were prompt and efficient in organising, amending and communicating details regarding our bookings including accom, transfers and Kuranda day tour.

They were really good, even got us a better deal after I phoned and said I saw a cheaper offer elsewhere. The Billy Tea Safari they recommended was great and we got it for a discounted price through CHS.
