We found all staff very helpful.
Francesca (who works for a sister company?) was especially helpful and went out of her way to help us on the first day at Harbour Lights, when there was a door lock issue with our apartment.

Thank you for your review Mr Hoyle, I can advise at the time on making your reservation Cairns Holiday Specialists did request that Breakfree Royal Harbour discuss internet charges with you & we requested they offer a discounted price as you are staying 14 nights. Unfortunately the end decision does belong with the property.

The staff could not have been more helpful. They advised me on what tours would suit our family and they were perfect. I had a lot of questions being my first time to Cairns and they were very patient and lovely at all times. I couldn't speak more highly of Cairns Holiday Specialists.

They were fantastic reminding me when payments were due and giving me information on day trips which we took advantage of. The staff were all very helpful.
