I was happy with all the communication, the only thing that I think could be improved is a disconnect between the guest and the Boutique Property management...CHS would just tell me "We've informed the property management," so I was never quite sure what would occur.

The team was very helpful and the pre trip advice was great.

We missed the opportunity to go out on the reef due to the weather and a little bit on the advice given prior to booking. Advised to go on Sat instead of Fri but it turned out to be cancelled on Sat.

Very helpful, what i like about it is that they can be contacted anytime up to 6.30 pm seven days a week. they help us to move our tours around to suit our travel at last mins notice and email tour Co. of our changes. Vouchers was waiting for us at Tours check in counter.

Great we got of the plane and a guy was waiting for us with our names on a board. They drop us off at the apartments and picked us up on time.

Very helpful, provided us with lots of information on thing to do, attractions etc.

Very helpful. Friendly on the phone and via email. Were very quick and efficient in every aspect. Great for booking tours.

The ladies were very friendly and helpful and made booking, and amending bookings a stress free experience.

They were extremely helpful with information about tourist attractions, the chosen accommodation and car hire. Bookings were made and confirmations arrived by email promptly. When I had to change a booking they were also very helpful.

Absolutely wonderful. All the staff was more than helpful in everything to car hire, accommodation and tours. They saved us heaps of money and gave us valuable advice.
